本隐私政策说明 CAOBI 在你浏览平台、创建账号、使用 Google 或 Apple 登录、上传内容、购买订阅或与创作者互动时， 如何收集、使用、存储和保护个人数据。
1. 我们收集的数据
根据你使用服务的方式，我们可能收集：
- 账号数据，例如邮箱地址、用户名、昵称、头像和安全设置。
- 认证数据，例如 Google 或 Apple 账号标识、OAuth 提供方名称、登录时间戳和安全日志。
- 支付和订阅记录；由第三方支付机构处理时，我们不保留完整银行卡数据。
- 内容与互动数据，包括上传、评论、点赞、关注、播放列表、观看历史和审核举报。
- 技术数据，例如 IP 地址、浏览器信息、Cookie、设备标识和请求日志。
2. 第三方登录数据
如果你使用 Google 登录或「通过 Apple 登录」，CAOBI 可能收到提供方提供的账号标识、邮箱地址、显示名称和头像。 我们仅将这些数据用于创建账号、登录、关联已有账号、防止重复账号和维护账号安全。
CAOBI 不会出售 Google 用户数据或 Apple 登录数据，也不会将第三方登录数据用于广告画像。 我们仅在本政策所列目的范围内使用这些数据。

CAOBI 使用访问控制、会话安全、审计日志、限流和运营防护措施保护用户数据。任何在线系统都无法做到绝对安全， 因此用户应妥善保管强密码、保护设备，并在怀疑账号被盗时及时报告。

9. 成人内容与年龄限制
CAOBI 是成人服务。我们会处理年龄门槛、合规、审核和安全相关信息，以防止未成年人访问并执行平台规则。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CAOBI collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you browse the platform, create an account, sign in with Google or Apple, upload content, purchase subscriptions, or interact with creators.
1. Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- Account data such as email address, username, nickname, avatar, and security settings.
- Authentication data such as Google or Apple account subject ID, OAuth provider name, login timestamps, and security logs.
- Payment and subscription records, excluding full card data when processed by third-party payment providers.
- Content and interaction data including uploads, comments, likes, follows, playlists, watch history, and moderation reports.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser information, cookies, device identifiers, and request logs.
2. Third-Party Sign-In Data
If you use Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, CAOBI may receive your provider account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image where supplied by the provider. We use this data only to create your account, sign you in, link an existing account, prevent duplicate accounts, and maintain account security.
CAOBI does not sell Google user data or Apple sign-in data. CAOBI does not use third-party sign-in data for advertising profiling. We limit use of this data to the purposes disclosed in this policy.
3. Why We Use Data
- To create and operate user accounts.
- To authenticate logins and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To process subscriptions, member benefits, refunds, and billing support.
- To recommend content, maintain watch history, and personalize your experience.
- To moderate uploads, investigate reports, and comply with legal obligations.
- To maintain logs for security, troubleshooting, and audit purposes.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
CAOBI uses cookies and local storage for login sessions, security tokens, preferences, analytics, rate-limiting, and service reliability. Disabling cookies may prevent login, payments, and other core functions from working correctly.
5. Sharing of Data
We may share limited data with:
- Infrastructure, hosting, CDN, email, payment, and fraud-prevention providers.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share Google or Apple sign-in data except as needed to operate the login flow, secure the account, and comply with law.
6. Retention
We retain account records, login history, moderation evidence, and billing records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Deleted accounts may leave limited retained records required for abuse prevention, legal compliance, and financial reporting.
7. Security
CAOBI uses access controls, session security, audit logging, rate limits, and operational safeguards designed to protect user data. No online system is perfectly secure, so users are responsible for choosing strong passwords, protecting their devices, and reporting suspected account compromise promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data. To make a privacy request, contact compliance@caobi.eu.
9. Adult Content and Age Restriction
CAOBI is an adult service. We process age-gating, compliance, moderation, and safety-related information to prevent access by minors and to enforce platform rules.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be posted on the site, in account notices, or by email where appropriate.
