1. Adult-Only Service

CAOBI is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to access adult material in their jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority required by your local law, whichever is higher.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You may register using email/password or supported third-party sign-in providers such as Google and Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, evasion of moderation, or other policy violations.

3. Third-Party Login and Account Linking

When you sign in with Google or Apple, CAOBI may use the provider account data described in our Privacy Policy to create an account, sign you in, or link an existing account. Third-party sign-in does not grant CAOBI permission to access unrelated provider data beyond the scopes or claims requested during authentication.

4. Memberships, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features, subscriptions, and member benefits may renew automatically if your billing plan says so. Fees, renewal cycles, cancellation timing, and any refund eligibility are governed by the plan shown at checkout, applicable consumer law, and any payment processor terms.

5. User Content and Creator Responsibilities

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases needed to upload and distribute the content.
• All depicted persons are adults and legally capable of consenting.
• Your uploads do not violate law, privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, or platform rules.
• You will provide age and consent documentation when legally required.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or underage content.
• Attempting to scrape, attack, reverse engineer, overload, or evade platform security.
• Sharing stolen payment instruments, fraudulent promotions, or malware.
• Harassment, doxxing, impersonation, threats, or coordinated abuse.
• Bypassing bans, moderation, geo-restrictions, or age gates.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

CAOBI may review, remove, demonetize, geoblock, age-gate, or disable content or accounts at any time where needed for compliance, safety, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, payment risk management, or community integrity.

8. Intellectual Property

The CAOBI service, branding, site layout, software, and operational materials are protected by intellectual property law. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership is transferred to users.

9. Service Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, or permanent storage of any content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, legal risk, fraud signals, payment disputes, abuse, or operational security concerns.

11. Liability and Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CAOBI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
